Instructor-led Classes Versus e-Learning
One User's Perspective

After spending thousands of dollars on technical classes at a very well known Microsoft Authorized Technical Education Center, Michael Guttormson learned about MindLeaders high-quality self-paced courses available through e-Learning. Michael is working to receive his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator certifications. At first he enrolled in and attended instructor-led classes at a well-known Microsoft Authorized Technical Education Center to prepare for the certification exams. However, what he disliked about the classes was the speed at which the material was covered and the seemingly shallow depth of instruction.

“I wanted more depth to what I was being taught so I could absolutely pass the certification exams, but they could not provide it because they had to keep the class fast-paced.” Said Michael. “To supplement my learning, I started buying
